Greetings Listeners!

This week we tell you a bit about a Pagan Pride Meet Up, have a visit from the Four of Swords and what it means for dreams and nightmares, as well as the future. We talk about harvesting sticks, and ask you what kind of Witch you are:

We bring out some powerful turquoise, roast up some lamb, talk about money. Then we chat with Pagans in the Park. Lastly, as always, we leave you with some old-ones’ wisdom and a spell of the week.

Have a listen below. Don’t forget to share our podcast with a friend.

Again, please leave a comment, question, or content request here. We’ll happily respond to you here or on our podcast.

Blessed Be,

Runa & MareLin

Even though I've identified as a pagan and practiced off an on through out the years, I feel like I'm still trying to find my path. I used to think my path was Wicca, but as I experience more and see more of what's happening in the world, I've recently learned I can't identify with all of Wicca's fundamental values. As if right now, I'm leaning toward Green Witchery.

Runa, here, Felicia. Thanks for sharing your path with us! As a solitary I found myself more leaning towards a "Green Witch" identification. The thing to understand is that no one is required to declare a path and stick to it. Tell us what appeals to you about the Green Witchery?

I've always had a love and connection with nature and animals - growing up in rural Oregon and spending a lot of time outdoors growing up probably helped form that. Now that I have a house, I have been really enjoying filling it with green houseplants, planting a garden and plan on planting various magickal herbs on my patio this Spring. I'm happiest when I'm surrounded by trees, ferns and moss!

Both of us can totally relate! Definitely sounds like a Green Witch in the making. What kinds of herbs are you planning on growing? What will you use the herbs for?
          • Felicia
I just ordered the following seeds: -White sage for making my own smudge sticks -Dandelion for making dandelion balm and tea -Lavender for sachets and spellwork -Yarrow for help with divination -Comfrey for healing spellwork I'll also be planting some basil (probably mainly) for eating and rosemary to incorporate into some smudge sticks or use in incenses.
          • Runa Troy
Sounds like a great start! Dandelion and Yarrow can be foraged, too. So if you need some before your garden takes off, a good walk around can find those. Just look for area where there probably isn't too much chemicals sprayed. Thanks for sharing! We love hearing from our listeners. Especially if they're brave enough to comment publicly! Aho!

Thanks for the input! On a somewhat related topic, I've been obsessed with Sasquatch since a young age, mainly in the capacity of an undiscovered primate. However, within the last few years I've been also thinking a lot about the spiritual side of Sasquatch, similar to Native American beliefs. Is there a way I can incorporate Sasquatch (in any capacity) into my practice? Not sure if it would fit in as a spirit guide, God representation, etc. Thank you!

Funny you should ask. Sasquatch has been a spiritual guidepost, if you will, for Runa, too. She often dreams of Sasquatch and it has figured greatly in her creative life as well. There is absolutely a place for it in your practice. You decide what it is and why it's important. As a spirit guide is absolutely appropriate. Tell us more about how Sasquatch might increase your greatest and highest good?
